BGCNW Welcomes A New Board Member
Mt. Kisco, NY (December 2, 2010) – The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester has elected a new member, Erik Kaeyer, for their Board of Directors. The announcement was made by Brian Skanes, the Club's executive director.
Erik A. Kaeyer, AIA, LEED AP is Vice President of Kaeyer, Garment & Davidson Architects & Engineers, PC of Mount Kisco, NY where he is responsible for a significant portion of the creative design work of the firm, as well as project management and overseeing the firm's standard of design quality. He joined KG&D as an Associate in 1998 and was named Principal and Vice President in 2000. Mr. Kaeyer has practiced architecture for 18 years, working with high profile firms including Skidmore Owings & Merrill in London and McClier Corporation of Chicago prior to joining KG&D.
Outside of work, Erik volunteers his time on the board of the Westchester County Historical Society, as President of the Mount Kisco chapter of Rotary International, and as a Regional Representative of the nonprofit organization ShelterBox USA. Erik is a member of the US Green Building Council and the Society for College and University Planning, and is a past board member of the American Institute of Architects Westchester/Mid-Hudson Chapter. He resides in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife Gillian and three children Megan, Molly and Finn.

The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester was established in 1939 as a place for "boys to get off the streets". It is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and enabling young people, especially those who need it most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.

Kisco, NY, the 36,000-square-foot facility features an eight-lane pool, Child Care Center, gymnasium, games room, and two computer labs, and an additional 1,600-foot Teen Center facility.
