Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and The Finish Line, Inc. Join To Raise Money For Kids For A Ninth Consecutive Holiday Season — Annual Holiday Campaign Has Raised More Than $4.5 Million Since 1996.

Mount Kisco, New York (December 3, 2004) — The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester, along with hundreds of other local Clubs across the country, will once again benefit from a holiday promotion first launched nine years ago between national athletic specialty retailer The Finish Line, Inc. (Finish Line) and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. (BGCA)

Between now and December 24th, 2004, customers at all of the almost 600 Finish Line stores nationwide, and online at www.finishline.com, will be invited to donate to the K.I.C.K.S. for Kids campaign (Kindness is Contributing to Kids). The money raised will help the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and Finish Line Youth Foundation provide sports, fitness, and recreation activities for deserving youth.

In addition to supporting a worthy cause, patrons will receive a coupon booklet worth up to $50 in savings on future purchases at Finish Line stores. Over the past eight years, Finish Line customers have come together to raise more than $4.5 million dollars.

"Sports, fitness and recreation are key programs for us because they help the kids we serve develop positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, and an appreciation for the environment and social skills," said Barbara Cutri, Director of Operations, the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester. "Thanks to the funds generated by Finish Line, we are able to continue providing such important life lessons."

Conducted from November 14th to December 24th, 2004, the promotion pairs each Finish Line location with its nearest Boys & Girls Club. "We created Finish Line Youth Foundation to provide kids all across the country with new and improved opportunities to grow through sports, recreation, and fitness," says Alan Cohen, Finish Line's CEO. "It is our hope that K.I.C.K.S. for Kids inspires the communities where our customers work and play to help local kids this year. Our partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America enables us to take this program and philosophy deep into the neighborhoods where we do business."

Once again we are grateful to Finish Line, its employees and customers for raising money for Boys & Girls Clubs of America," said Barbara Cutri. "I can think of no better way to show you care during the holiday season than to support programs that positively effect the lives of our nation's youth."
